The role

What you'll do

Drive and consolidate the health, safety, and environment culture, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and acting as a technical reference in this matter within plant operations.

Lead risk assessments and incident investigations, defining corrective and preventive actions.
Support and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
Coordinate the safety of contracting companies, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
Deliver HSE training to plant personnel.
Contribute to Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Projects to identify risks and reinforce the preventive culture.
Participate in an international environment, maintaining fluid communication in English with the corporate HSE team.
