About the role

From Paul Marlex we are looking for a Site Manager to join the Production department of an established company in the construction sector.

The selected person will be responsible for managing the complete execution of the assigned project, coordinating teams, contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with the economic, schedule, quality and safety objectives established by the company.

Manage and supervise the execution of the project, ensuring compliance with the drawings and the executive project, quality standards and current regulations, with the aim of optimizing resources, guaranteeing client satisfaction and achieving a positive economic result.

What you'll do

  • Review the measurements and the project budget, identifying possible errors, deviations and opportunities for margin improvement.
  • Analyze the project from an economic and scheduling perspective and define the execution strategy.

  • Knowledge of Office, AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, TCQ, Presto, Project, Navision and Pyco.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention and regulations applicable to the site.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, measurements, budgets and technical documentation.
  • Experience in economic management and project scheduling.
  • Negotiation and management skills with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Catalan and Spanish.
