Requirements

What we're looking for

You have commercial experience within the educational publishing sector, preferably in textbook sales.
You know how educational centers operate and their material selection processes.
You hold a driver's license and have availability to travel within the assigned area.
You master digital tools and CRMs; having a university degree will be valued.
You are an organized, autonomous, empathetic, disciplined, and client-oriented person.

The role

On behalf of Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated publishing house specializing in educational materials and children's and youth literature, in the search for a Sales Representative to manage and develop an assigned client portfolio in Barcelona and Maresme.

If you are motivated to work with educational centers and develop long-term commercial relationships, we are looking for you!

What you'll do

Manage and develop a portfolio of educational centers, bookstores, and other accounts in the area.
Visit schools, teaching departments, and faculty, identifying interlocutors and needs.
Present and advise on textbooks, especially for Secondary and Baccalaureate, and on the digital platform.
Build client loyalty, recover accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
Autonomously organize routes, visits, and campaigns according to the school calendar.
Update the CRM, follow up on orders, and report on commercial activity.
Coordinate with the marketing and administration departments for the sending of samples and commercial actions.
