We are looking for a Senior Quality and Laboratory Technician to lead the maintenance and improvement of the quality systems implemented in the company, guaranteeing compliance with food safety standards and actively participating in laboratory management and audits.

What you'll do

Management and updating of quality system documentation.
Maintenance and monitoring of procedures, records, and work instructions.
Management and supervision of quality and food safety certifications.
Monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of IFS Food, ISO 9001, and HACCP standards.
Planning and preparation of internal and external audits.
Management of incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
Supervision of quality controls and laboratory activities.
Coordination with production to guarantee compliance with established procedures.
Training and awareness of personnel regarding quality and food safety.
Participation in continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
