The role

At Marlex Human Capital we collaborate with a prestigious private clinic located in Ibiza, which is looking to hire nurses for its Hospitalization Department.

If you have experience in hospitalization and are motivated to grow in a modern, dynamic environment committed to healthcare excellence, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

Perform comprehensive assessment of hospitalized patients and provide continuous quality care.
Administer medication and treatments safely, following medical prescriptions.
Monitor and record vital signs and clinical progress.
Collaborate closely with the medical and multidisciplinary team at the center.
Provide support and companionship to patients and their families during their hospital stay.
Comply with care protocols and clinical safety standards.

Requirements

Degree in Nursing, with qualification recognized in Spain.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in hospitalization units.
Patient-centered approach, empathy, and ability to work as part of a team.
