Office Marketing Manager

· Higher degree or knowledge of marketing and communication.

· Previous experience in marketing and communication positions, ideally in B2B environments.

· Experience in coordinating suppliers, agencies, and marketing projects.

· Organizational, autonomy, and prioritization skills.

· Proactive, resourceful person with initiative, capable of identifying opportunities and proposing new actions.

· Good communication skills and the ability to relate to different interlocutors.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with one of Europe's most successful construction materials companies, specializing in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS), in the search for an Office Marketing Manager for its offices in Madrid.

Your main objective will be to execute and implement marketing actions, in addition to coordinating the daily operation of the office and general services, managing suppliers, and providing support to General Management.

· Planning and execution of marketing and communication actions.

· Management of content, campaigns, and brand positioning.

· Coordination with international marketing and different internal areas, for the company's presence on social networks, digital tools, and different communication channels.

· Plan and coordinate trade fairs, events, corporate meetings, and actions with clients and industry professionals.

· Manage and coordinate suppliers and external agencies linked to marketing, communication, events and travel, IT, and other corporate projects.

· Participate in the planning and monitoring of the marketing budget and the different actions developed.

· Operational support to General Management and HR.

· Monitoring of marketing budgets, actions, and KPIs.

· Coordinate certain general office services and act as a liaison with external suppliers.
