The role

Ensure the conformity and traceability of products and materials, collaborating with production and suppliers in the resolution of incidents and in process improvement, in accordance with the technical and quality requirements of the aeronautical sector.

What you'll do

Perform the technical reception of raw materials and review their conformity with the established requirements.
Analyze internal and customer non-conformities, identify their causes, and define immediate and corrective actions.
Record and manage non-conformities with suppliers, especially regarding surface treatments.
Monitor the actions and improvements implemented in product, production, suppliers, and processes.
Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation in accordance with AS9102.
Interpret drawings, tolerances, regulations, and technical documentation.
Ensure product traceability and perform change monitoring.
Prepare and analyze quality indicators.
Apply problem-solving and continuous improvement tools, such as 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys.
