The role

At Paul Marlex, we are managing the selection process for a Project Manager to join a major company in the construction sector, with over 50 years of experience and a presence in large-scale industrial, building, and civil engineering projects.

The position is part of a large-scale project: the construction of a Data Center in Huesca for an international company.

What you'll do

🎯 What will your responsibilities be?

The selected person will be responsible for the management and monitoring of the project's installations, participating in all its phases:

🔹 Study and analysis of the installations project.

🔹 Proposal of changes and improvements to the project.

🔹 Economic planning and monitoring of the installations budget.

🔹 Requesting quotes, preparing comparisons, and negotiating with industrial suppliers.

🔹 Supervision, coordination, and monitoring of subcontractors' work.

🔹 Control of the correct execution of the installations and compliance with established deadlines.
