At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading industrial company in its sector to find a Design Manager to lead the engineering and design area, ensuring the efficient development of new products and compliance with established quality standards.

What you'll do

• Plan, direct, develop, and control the design process for new products and solutions adapted to client needs.

• Supervise the proper execution of the department's design activities.

• Review and validate drawings, specifications, and technical documentation associated with projects.

• Define and develop the necessary input data for project execution.

• Ensure that client quality requirements are correctly defined and implemented throughout all phases of the design process.

• Manage and control the documentation generated during project development.

• Coordinate review, verification, and validation activities for completed designs.

• Lead and organize the technical resources of the design area to ensure the achievement of objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety procedures within the team.

• Maintain fluid communication with clients, suppliers, and various internal departments to ensure project success.
