You are the ideal candidate if...

We value your experience: We are looking for a technical profile with a desire to grow, so it is not essential to come from the construction sector. Applications with experience in Occupational Accident Mutual Insurance Companies, External Prevention Services (SPA), or other industrial sectors are entirely welcome.
You are a proactive person, with communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to manage and raise awareness among teams on the ground.

Permanent, direct hire with the company for a solid and growing project.
Flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8-9 a.m. start and 5-6 p.m. end. Fridays with a continuous schedule from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

You have training as an HSE Technician; holding all 3 specializations is not required.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an important company in the construction sector, located in the Girona area, which is currently looking to incorporate an OSH Technician to manage safety and health in a dynamic position.

What you'll do

Office management: Carry out risk assessments, coordinate preventive activities (HSE) with clients and subcontractors, and draft technical reports or improvement proposals.
Training and awareness: Provide internal training, welcome new workers, and actively promote a preventive culture within the company.
Incident investigation: Analyze possible accidents or workplace incidents, determine their causes, and propose corrective measures.
