What you'll do

What will your mission at the company be?

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and electrical installations, ensuring their optimal operation.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, minimizing downtime.
  • Coordinating maintenance actions together with the production team to ensure the plant's operational continuity.
  • Performing periodic safety inspections on equipment and installations.
  • Managing the stock of spare parts and tools needed for the proper development of the activity.
  • Recording and documenting the interventions carried out using maintenance management systems (CMMS/ERP).
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing the performance of equipment and production processes.
  • Collaborating in the training of operational staff in maintenance and safety matters.
  • Staying up to date on new technologies, procedures and industry regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, occupational health and environmental regulations.

What we're looking for

What do we need from you?

  • Higher-level Vocational Training in Industrial Automation and Robotics, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electromechanics or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience performing industrial maintenance duties, especially in the electrical field.
  • Knowledge of industrial robotics (ABB, KUKA) and process automation.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and maintenance software (Office, CAD, ELCAD and CMMS).
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • A responsible, organized person focused on continuous improvement and committed to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate actions with different departments.
  • Own vehicle to access the workplace.
