The role

What you'll do

Talent Attraction and Selection:

Lead the full recruitment process (end-to-end): gathering requirements, writing job postings, active sourcing (headhunting), and resume screening.

Conduct competency-based interviews and assess technical and cultural fit for IT and business consulting profiles.

Coordinate with area managers for candidate follow-up and decision-making.

Manage relationships with schools, universities, and job portals to strengthen the employer brand.

Generalist HR Management:

Design and execute the Onboarding plan and welcome process for new employees.

Support the management of the internal training plan and technical certifications.

Provide support in HR administration tasks.

Participate in initiatives related to workplace climate, performance, and talent development.
