What you'll do

• Provide technical support to plant users, managing and resolving incidents related to systems, applications, equipment, and devices.

• Install, configure, update, and maintain equipment, hardware, software, and corporate applications.

• Administer and support the technological infrastructure of the factories, including Windows, Windows Server, LAN/WAN networks, and virtualization environments.
