The role

From Marlex People, we are collaborating with a major company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of cellulose products for clients across various sectors worldwide, which currently needs to add to its team an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for its facility in the Alt Penedès area.

What you'll do

· Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and industrial equipment in the electrical area.

· Planning and executing routine maintenance tasks to prevent incidents.

· Detecting, analyzing, and resolving faults that may arise, implementing effective solutions to ensure continuous production operation, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

· Managing the commissioning, assembly, and installation of new machinery when necessary, in compliance with current technical specifications and regulations.

· Carrying out the necessary adjustments and recalibrations on machinery to optimize its performance.

· Performing accurate diagnostics, adjusting parameters, and replacing components as needed to maintain efficiency

and quality in production processes.

How you'll work

· Working hours from Monday to Friday with rotating shifts of M-A-N (2 weeks morning, 1 week afternoon, and 1 week night) and 1 weekend per month on call.

· You have training related to electrical maintenance.

· You have knowledge of electricity and electronics.

· You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

· You demonstrate the ability to make decisions autonomously, skills for teamwork, and you have an attitude

that is participatory and collaborative.

· You have your own vehicle to get to the workplace.

· You are a person with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
