Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Degree training in Logistics and Transport or equivalent experience in the sector.
Previous experience in traffic, logistics, or transport departments.
Very high level of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environment.
Organized, resourceful person, customer-oriented and with the ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

A high level of French, Italian, or German is valued.
Experience with ERP and logistics management tools is valued.

The role

At Marlex, we are looking for a Freight Central Administrative Assistant to join a consolidated company in the transport and logistics sector in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

We are looking for an organized person, with planning capacity and customer orientation, who wants to develop their career in a dynamic and international environment within the transport sector.

What you'll do

Reception and management of customer orders through the computer system.
Buying and selling of transport services with customers and suppliers.
Communication and follow-up with customers, guaranteeing efficient and professional service.
Preparation of cargo files and planning of trips, routes, and schedules.
Preparation of reports and monitoring of daily operations.
Resolution of incidents related to transport and distribution.

How you'll work

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
Schedule from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:42.
