· Basic knowledge of mechanics and automotive systems.

· Extensive professional experience is not required; we are looking for a smart, proactive person with initiative and a willingness to learn.

· Strong communication skills and ability to deal with customers and workshops.

· Minimum B1 level of English to communicate with the head office in Germany.

At Marlex People, we are collaborating with a leading company in the automotive sector that needs to hire a Junior After-Sales and Warranty Technician for its facilities in Montornès del Vallès.

What you'll do

· Manage warranty files end-to-end, from receipt to resolution.

· Analyze incidents and determine whether a warranty claim is approved or denied.

· Maintain direct communication with workshops to resolve technical queries.

· Resolve and escalate technical queries with the head office in Germany when necessary.

· Provide support to workshops in the management and resolution of warranty claims.

· In the medium term, develop and maintain relationships with workshops, including on-site visits.

· Participate in technical training provided by the company.

· Gradually take on new responsibilities within the department.

How you'll work

· Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with one hour for lunch, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

· Option to work remotely one day per week after one year with the company.
