We collaborate with a major company in the agri-food sector that needs to hire a Commercial Back Office with French for its offices in Walqa (Huesca). We are looking for a Commercial Back Office with French to provide support for the commercial and logistical management of international operations between Spain and France. The selected person will work in close collaboration with the commercial, logistics, and administration departments, participating in the management and monitoring of sales and purchase operations.

The position is also open to junior profiles with commercial potential and an interest in developing themselves in an international environment, with guidance and training provided to progressively assume greater responsibilities.

What you'll do

Support to the commercial department in the management of national and international clients.
Monitoring and execution of purchase and sale contracts.
Logistical coordination of operations between Spain and France.
Daily contact with clients, suppliers, and carriers.
Order tracking and control of delivery deadlines.
Resolution of incidents related to commercial and logistical operations.
Document management associated with export and import operations.
Updating information in ERP and management tools.
Regular communication in French with international clients and collaborators.
