Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in commercial positions, preferably in industrial environments, recycling, waste management, or related sectors.
Experience in client acquisition, negotiation, and business development.
Communication, negotiation and customer-oriented skills.
Proactive, autonomous, organized, and results-oriented profile.
Ability to manage and build loyalty with a client portfolio.
Availability to travel within the assigned area.
Driving license B and own vehicle for travel during the first 6 months.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Direct hiring by the company, with a stable position.
Fixed salary of €35,000 gross per year, plus a 10% variable component upon achievement of objectives.
Schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 h.
Work area in Sabadell, with commercial travel throughout the assigned territory (approximate radius of 50 km).
During the first 6 months, you will use your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement at a rate of €0.35/km. From January, the rate will increase to €0.36/km.
From the 6-month mark onwards, you will have a company renting vehicle.
Per diems to cover food expenses and other expenses associated with travel, according to company conditions.

The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a company specialized in the recycling and metal management sector, in the search for a Sales Representative to join their team directly in the Sabadell area.

The selected person will be responsible for the commercial development of the assigned area, combining the acquisition of new clients with the management and loyalty of an existing client portfolio.

What you'll do

Acquisition of new clients and business development in the assigned area.
Management, follow-up, and loyalty of the existing client portfolio.
Conducting commercial visits to companies to detect needs and present Ferimet's services.
Negotiation of commercial conditions and follow-up on offers.
Identification of new business opportunities and market expansion.
Maintenance of long-term commercial relationships.
Coordination with different internal departments to guarantee a quality service.
Monitoring of commercial objectives and preparation of activity reports.
