What you'll do

You will be the person responsible for leading the daily activity of the store, ensuring an excellent customer experience, team development, and the fulfillment of commercial objectives.

Lead, motivate, and support the store team, fostering a positive, dynamic, and results-oriented work environment.
Drive sales and work to achieve commercial objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Guarantee close, personalized, and highest quality customer service.
Organize and supervise daily operations, shifts, and task distribution.
Manage stock, inventories, replenishment, and the correct presentation of products.
Ensure the image of the establishment, visual merchandising, and the company's quality standards.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose initiatives that drive commercial performance
