About the role:

We are looking for an electromechanical technician for a company in the Province of Girona.

What you'll do

General maintenance of all new installations: Carry out and check the approved new installations. Check that machines are set up. Propose modifications to improve the proposed project. Calculate the materials needed to carry out maintenance.
Preventive maintenance: Carry out the scheduled tasks in the preventive maintenance plan on automatic machines and industrial installations. Propose new inspections based on history. Collaborate with production staff to identify potential weak points and follow up. Analyze and order the necessary materials and spare parts.
Corrective maintenance: Carry out the necessary interventions to correct and repair breakdowns that occur during normal production as quickly as possible. Assess the severity of the breakdown to decide whether production should be stopped or whether it can wait for a more suitable time. Analyze and order the necessary materials and spare parts.
General maintenance of installations: when support is required in infrastructure maintenance.
Prepare daily work follow-up reports: Follow up on work orders.
Work using a CMMS system: to organize, control, and optimize company maintenance tasks (manage work orders, control inventory,...)
Machining of parts: using a lathe to resolve breakdowns in automatic machines.
Other machines: Welding, cutting, and other work with manual machines
