Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Level Vocational Training (FP II) in Quality, Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or similar. Basic OHS training (50h), emergencies, and first aid.
Minimum 2 years performing industrial quality functions in companies within the sector or similar positions (or 1 year in an adjacent/equivalent position).
Proven mastery of the ISO 9001 standard, internal audit methodology, and IMS document management.
Medium level of office automation and habitual use of industrial management/ERP software.
High attention to detail, capacity for analysis and synthesis, orientation towards internal/external customers, and professionalism.

Nice to have

Intermediate/advanced level of English (B2/C1 valued for technical communication).

What you'll get

Working Day and Work-Life Balance: Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00h to 18:00h (with flexibility margin) and Friday on a continuous workday from 8:00h to 15:30h.

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a renowned industrial group specialized in technical solutions and component distribution for the industry and renewable sector in the Pamplona region, in the search for a Quality, OHS and Environment Technician.

What you'll do

Actively collaborate in the development and maintenance of the continuous improvement system for product, process, and service quality, guaranteeing compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environment (ENV) standards, as well as customer satisfaction throughout the distribution and delivery procedure.

Claims and Incident Management: Process and provide comprehensive follow-up to non-conformities and claims from customers and suppliers until their final resolution.
Audits and IMS Implementation: Coordinate and perform internal audits, offering support in the definition and communication of new Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures and verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Approval and Service Control: Manage initial samples and the approval of references, guaranteeing that the service and product strictly meet customer expectations.
Environment and Waste: Collect and record consumption data, ensuring correct waste recycling and the minimization of environmental impacts.
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): Provide support in the annual Risk Assessment and ensure the execution of the plan of Technical Measures derived from it.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work in direct coordination with the Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Logistics, Procurement, Production, and Administration areas.
