The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in its sector that needs to hire a Screen Printing Specialist Operator.

We are looking for a person with experience in screen printing processes and product customization, who is autonomous, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working in production environments. We value profiles with experience in graphic arts, printing, and quality control, capable of guaranteeing an excellent finish in every job performed.

What you'll do

As a Screen Printing Specialist Operator, you will be responsible for managing the material customization process, ensuring the correct preparation, printing, and quality control of the work performed, complying with the standards established by the company.

Preparation of materials and substrates for printing.
Handling of screen printing machinery and equipment.
Preparation and adjustment of screens, inks, and consumables.
Printing and customization of different materials and products.
Quality control throughout the entire production process.
Review of finishes and detection of possible incidents.
Organization and preparation of customized orders.
Management and basic maintenance of machinery.
Stock control of materials and consumables in the area.
Collaboration with warehouse and logistics for the correct preparation of orders.
Compliance with internal production and quality procedures.
