The role

Position: Range Management Manager

Department: Merchandising (offices)

Define, optimize and manage the company's product or service range, ensuring its consistency with the commercial strategy, maximizing profitability, turnover and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Define the range strategy (assortment, product architecture, positioning and pricing).
Analyze range performance using KPIs: sales, margin, turnover, share, profitability and product life cycle.
Identify opportunities to expand, rationalize or eliminate references.
Coordinate new product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, purchasing, etc.
Ensure range consistency with customer segmentation and sales channels.
Develop sales arguments and support the sales force in delivering the proper value proposition.
Conduct market, competitor and trend analysis to anticipate customer needs.
Collaborate in defining promotions, trade marketing plans and commercial actions.
Ensure proper range implementation at points of sale and digital channels.
