Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

At Marlex we are collaborating with an important company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of electrical cable, located in the region of Lleida, which currently needs to incorporate an Electromechanical Technician.

• Performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on machines.

• Repair, assembly and inspection of industrial machinery.

• Analyzing, detecting and resolving breakdowns that may arise.

• Preparing and taking care of the material and tooling required for the tasks to be carried out.

• Reading schematics.

• Welding with electrode and TIG.

• Repairing mechanical transmissions.

• Direct hiring by the company.

• Schedule: Rotating monthly shifts from Monday to Friday. Morning: From 06:00 to 14:00. Afternoon: From 14:00 to 22:00.

• Stability and professional career plan.

• Training: Higher Level Training Cycle in Industrial Mechanics, Electricity or similar.

• Previous experience in the sector will be valued.

• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Knowledge of lathe/milling machine is a plus.

• Dynamic, versatile person, with initiative and problem-solving skills.

• Realitzar tant el manteniment preventiu com correctiu de les màquines.

• Reparació, muntatge i revisió de la maquinària industrial.

• Analitzar, detectar i resoldre les averies que puguin sorgir.

• Preparar i tenir cura del material i utillatges necessaris per a les tasques a desenvolupar.

• Interpretació d'esquemes.

• Soldadura amb elèctrode i TIC.

• Reparació de transmissions mecàniques.

• Contractació directe per empresa.

• Horari: Torns rotatius mensuals de dilluns a divendres. Matí: De 06:00 a 14:00 h. Tarda: De 14:00 a 22:00 h.

• Estabilitat i pla de carrera professional.

• Salari negociable segons vàlua del candidat.

• Formar part d'una empresa consolidada i amb reconeixement Nacional i Internacional.

• Formació de Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior en Mecànica Industrial, Electricitat o similars.

• És valorarà experiència prèvia en el sector.

• Coneixements de mecànica, hidràulica i pneumàtica.

• Valorable coneixements de torn/fresadora.

• Persona dinàmica, polivalent, amb iniciativa i resolutiva.
