Job description
We are looking for a Sales Representative specialized in the elderly care sector, with mandatory experience in nursing homes, day centers, or social healthcare services.
This role will be key to strengthening the company's presence in its nursing home in central Barcelona and supporting families through such a sensitive process as choosing a center for their loved ones.
Responsibilities
• Represent the nursing home before families, professionals, and entities in the sector.
• Manage and expand the portfolio of contacts and commercial opportunities.
• Conduct informational visits and support families throughout the entire decision-making process.
• Collaborate with the center's management to align commercial and occupancy strategies.
• Analyze the local market and identify new growth opportunities.
• Participate in promotional actions, events, and sector activities.
• Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Training in Social Work, Social Education, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Integration, or related fields.
• Mandatory experience in the elderly care sector (nursing homes,
day centers, dependency care, care for the elderly).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust.
• Sensitivity and human touch in dealing with elderly people and their families.
• Results-oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Availability for travel between centers as needed.
