We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager for our client, to lead the management and organization of the maintenance of facilities and production equipment, guaranteeing their availability, reliability, and correct operation.
You will be the person responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities of the plant, ensuring production continuity, facility safety, and the optimization of technical and economic resources.
What you'll do
Main duties
Plan and coordinate the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities.
Supervise the correct operation of production lines and auxiliary equipment.
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance interventions based on production needs.
Manage and supervise the internal maintenance team and specialized external companies.
Organize maintenance work during and outside of the season.
Analyze recurring breakdowns and incidents and propose measures to improve equipment reliability and availability.
Participate in the identification and implementation of technical improvements in machinery and facilities.
Coordinate the installation, modification, or commissioning of new equipment.
Manage suppliers, external services, spare parts, and maintenance-related purchases.
Control the stock and availability of spare parts and critical materials.
Monitor maintenance costs and collaborate in the preparation and control of the area's budget.
Guarantee that equipment and facilities comply with technical requirements and occupational risk prevention and safety standards.
Coordinate the necessary actions with the Production, Quality, Prevention, and Industrial Management departments.
Participate in continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and process optimization projects.
Keep the technical documentation of machinery and facilities up to date.
Monitor maintenance indicators and prepare periodic activity reports.
