Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Law. A master's degree will be valued.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Additional training in Corporate Law is highly valued.
o Catalan: high spoken and written level.
o Spanish: high spoken and written level.
o English: high spoken and written level.
- Office automation: Advanced level of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The role
At MC Headhunting, we are looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer to support the firm's senior lawyers and perform tasks in corporate matters.
What you'll do
- Corporate operations: incorporations, capital increases and reductions, company dissolutions and liquidations, amendments to bylaws, minutes of general meetings and boards of directors, notices of meetings; etc.
- Corporate M&A: sale and purchase of companies, corporate restructurings (mergers and demergers, among others), etc.
- National and international commercial contracting: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Legal advisory services to companies and individuals. Requirements:
How you'll work
- Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
- Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
