The role

At MC headhunting, we are looking for a CEO (Coliving) to lead a young, growing project for a major company in the real estate sector. Their mission will be to develop and lead the business strategy for its growth and consolidation.

What you'll do

  • Requesting financing options.
  • Contact with investors, investment funds.
  • New Locations
  • Creation of the concept and Brand.
  • Building style.
  • Generating content and activities within the community.

REQUIREMENTS

  • We are looking for a profile coming from strategic consulting, who has method and experience in launching projects from scratch.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector (Hotels, colivings, restaurants…)
  • With experience in Unit Economics, business plans, task execution, the ability to provide reassurance to investors, a versatile person, with strategic capacity.

OTHER

  • Flexible hours.
  • Teleworking.
  • Location Madrid or Barcelona (preferably Barcelona).
