Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
At least 4-5 years of professional experience.
Experience and specialization in commercial contracting.
Knowledge of public procurement regulations.
Proactive, decisive profile with the capacity for initiative.
Capacity for analysis, negotiation, and legal drafting.
Communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

Experience in civil litigation proceedings.
Experience in in-house legal advisory for companies.
English skills.
Having passed the bar exam to practice law.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent contract from day one.
Full-time: schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:30 h and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00 h.
Hybrid modality: possibility of 1 day of teleworking per week.
Consultancy Collective Agreement. Salary based on experience and knowledge provided.

The role

At Servinform, we are looking to hire a Commercial Lawyer for our Contracting, Advisory, and Litigation area.

If you have experience in corporate legal advisory, you are passionate about commercial contracting, and you are looking for a new professional challenge in which to contribute your knowledge, initiative, and problem-solving skills, we want to meet you!

You will join our legal team, participating in the advisory of the company's various areas and in the management of matters related to commercial contracting and public procurement.

What you'll do

Legal advisory in matters of commercial contracting.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
Advisory in matters of public procurement and review of contractual documentation.
Resolution of legal inquiries and preparation of reports.
Collaboration in the management of litigation proceedings, especially civil matters.
Advisory to the various business areas, providing legal solutions and guaranteeing the security of operations.
