The role
At MC Headhunting, we are looking for a Senior Labor Advisor for an important firm in the center of Barcelona:
What you'll do
- Preparation of payroll and settlements
- Registrations, cancellations, and modifications in Social Security
- Preparation of Contracts
- Preparation of Contract Terminations
- Preparation and filing of forms 111 and 190
- Preparation and filing of Social Security (Tcs)
- Accident and illness reports to the INSS and mutual insurance companies
- Preparation of Salary Register
- Digital filing of documentation
- Advisory services regarding labor relations
- Telephone and in-person customer service
- Billing Charge: Extra Procedures (Contracts…)
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a labor management firm or consultancy (consultancy attending to clients, preparing payroll, contracts, etc.), immediately prior to joining our firm,
- Preparation of approximately 500 to 600 monthly payrolls (minimum)
- Advisor/Processor for 75 clients (minimum)
- Knowledge of different collective agreements
- Priority Agreements: Construction, Hospitality, Iron and Steel, Drugstore
LANGUAGES
- Catalan: Spoken and written
- Spanish: Spoken and written
- English: Not essential, but highly recommended
