What you'll do

Reporting directly to the head of the labor and tax area, the main duties will be:

  • Full management of the labor cycle for a client portfolio.
  • Preparation and review of payroll.
  • Calculation and entry of payroll incidents and variables.
  • Management of hiring, registrations, terminations, and contractual modifications.
  • Processing and advisory services for dismissal procedures.
  • Support in labor advisory services for clients in accordance with current regulations.
  • Resolving queries on labor matters and Social Security.
  • Support in coordinating and supervising the labor administration team.
  • Daily use of SAGE Despachos for payroll management and labor administration.



The department currently manages approximately between 200 and 300 monthly payrolls with a team of 2 people.

What you'll get

  • Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 gross annually, depending on experience.

  • Schedule:
    • Monday to Thursday: flexible entry between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, with 1 hour for lunch, approximate departure at 6:00 PM.
