The role

Junior Labor Advisor (M/F/X) At Manpower Professional Recruitment, we are looking for a Junior Labor Advisor to join a leading firm specializing in legal, tax, and labor advisory services, integrated into a major international network with a solid market track record. We are looking for a profile eager to continue developing in the field of Labor Relations within a dynamic, close-knit, and career-oriented professional environment. Functions: Management of registrations, cancellations, and variations in Social Security. Preparation, review, and processing of employment contracts. Preparation of payroll, social security, and IRPF. Drafting of labor reports and documentation. Resolution of labor-related incidents and inquiries. Labor advisory to client companies. Monitoring of legislative updates and practical application. Participation in labor Due Diligence processes. Requirements: Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or similar. Minimum of 2 years of experience in advisory, consulting, or a professional firm. Knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security, and payroll management. High level of English is valued. Regular use of Microsoft Office tools. Experience with A3Nom, A3 Virtual, Suasor, or other labor management applications. Experience managing a client portfolio. Conditions: Permanent contract directly with the company. Fixed salary of €30,000 gross per year. Possibility of receiving variable remuneration. Teleworking 1 day a week. Flexible start and end times from Monday to Thursday. Intensive working day on Fridays and during the summer months. Flexible remuneration. English classes. Professional training and development plan. Offices located in the center of Barcelona.
