The role

Support Management and operational areas as a strategic business partner, providing financial and management analysis to optimize profitability and ensure the fulfillment of McDonald's strategic objectives.

What you'll do

Preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
Analysis of financial and operational KPIs.
Periodic reporting to Management.
Analysis of deviations and proposal of corrective actions.
Evaluation of profitability by product, channel, and market.
Financial support to commercial and operational areas (business partnering).
Identification of opportunities for improvement in costs and efficiency.
Support in internal control processes, audits, and compliance in the accounting and labor area.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
MBA or specialization in Management Control is valued.
Expert level in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
