MISSION: Executes local tasks within the Administration function in the business units. Ensures the smooth running and compliance with procedures within the business units, executing the tasks delegated to them by the Operations Center Business Partner.

The tasks you will have to perform are:

Execute assigned tasks in compliance with hotel Administration rules, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate in internal audits.
Perform the daily hotel audit. In hotels with MHS service, execute on-site internal control tasks that cannot be offshored due to having a physical component or a need for interaction with other collaborators within the business unit. For example: reviewing NoShow billing, controlling the loyalty program, cash reconciliations, controlling system access, reconciling rooms with staying guests, controlling the payment gateway,...

What you'll do

MISIÓN: Ejecuta tareas locales dentro de la función de Administración en las unidades de negocio. Vela por el buen funcionamiento y cumplimiento de los procedimientos dentro de las unidades de negocio, ejecutando las tareas que le delegue el Business Partner del Centro de Operaciones.

Las tareas que tendrás que realizar son:

Ejecutar las tareas asignadas cumplimento con las normas, procesos y procedimientos de Administración hotelera.
Colaborar en las auditorías internas.
Realizar la intervención diaria del hotel. En hoteles con servicio de MHS ejecutar in-situ las tareas de control interno que no pueden ser deslocalizadas por tener un componente presencial o una necesidad de relación con otros colaboradores dentro de la unidad de negocio. Por ejemplo: revisión de la facturación de los NoShow, control del programa de fidelidad, arqueos de caja, control de accesos a sistemas, cuadre de habitaciones con clientes hospedados, control de la pasarela de pagos,...
Realizar las tareas de control de costes del hotel. En hoteles con servicio de MHS, ejecutar las tareas de control de costes que no pueden ser deslocalizadas por tener un componente presencial o una necesidad de relación con otros colaboradores dentro de la unidad de negocio.
