Hotel Sol Jandía by Meliá – Fuerteventura is looking to hire a Barista.

Responsible for the preparation and presentation of beverages and coffee shop products assigned to their area, ensuring efficient and quality service. All while complying with the standards established by the company and paying special attention to presentation, customer service, and proper handling of products, with the aim of ensuring guest and customer satisfaction and fostering their loyalty.

• Preparation of basic breakfast foods (cutting fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries).
• Preparing simple dishes: omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, vegetables.
• Setting up and replenishing hot and cold buffet stations.
• Continuously replenishing the buffet to ensure availability and good presentation.
• Preparing simple hot dishes on demand or in advance.

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in hotels or catering establishments.
• Training in food handling and allergens.
• Customer-oriented with a good service attitude.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexible schedule (morning or afternoon shifts with split shifts).
• Availability to work on weekends (rotating days off).

El Hotel Sol Jandía by Meliá – Fuerteventura necesita incorporar un/a Cafetero/a.

Responsable de la preparación, elaboración y presentación de bebidas y productos de cafetería asignados a su área, asegurando un servicio eficiente y de calidad. Todo ello cumpliendo con los estándares establecidos por la compañía y poniendo especial atención en la presentación, el trato al cliente y la correcta manipulación de los productos, con el objetivo de garantizar la satisfacción de huéspedes y clientes y fomentar su fidelización.

• Preparación de alimentos básicos para el desayuno (corte de fruta, embutidos, quesos, bollería).
• Preparar elaboraciones sencillas: tortillas, huevos revueltos, Bacon, salchichas, verduras.
• Montar y reponer bandejas del buffet caliente y frío.
• Reponer continuamente el buffet para garantizar disponibilidad y buena presentación.
• Elaborar platos calientes sencillos bajo demanda o previsión

• Experiencia previa en puesto similar, preferiblemente en hoteles o establecimientos de hostelería.
• Formación en manipulación de alimentos y alérgenos.
• Orientación al cliente y buena actitud de servicio.
• Buena organización y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
• Flexibilidad horaria (turnos de mañana o tarde con horario continuado).
• Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana (libranzas rotativas).
