Paradisus Gran Canaria luxury 5-star hotel is looking for a waiter/waitress to join our team.

The Restaurant and Buffet Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the hotel's different restaurants and buffet areas, ensuring that all their needs and expectations are met with the highest level of quality and professionalism.

- Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and present them with the menu.
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards. - Ensure all work areas and tables are clean and tidy. - Provide menu recommendations and answer any guest inquiries. - Collaborate with the kitchen team and other waitstaff to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Handle payments and account closures correctly and efficiently.

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in restaurants or buffets, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Positive attitude, proactivity, and the ability to anticipate guests' needs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of English; other languages will be valued.

El Camarero de Restaurante y Buffet será responsable de proporcionar un servicio excepcional a nuestros huéspedes en los diferentes restaurantes y áreas de buffet del hotel, asegurando que todas sus necesidades y expectativas sean atendidas con el más alto nivel de calidad y profesionalismo.

- Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes, acompañarlos a sus mesas y presentarles el menú.
- Tomar pedidos de alimentos y bebidas de manera eficiente y precisa.
- Servir los alimentos y bebidas según los estándares del hotel. - Asegurar que todas las áreas de trabajo y mesas estén limpias y ordenadas. - Proporcionar recomendaciones sobre el menú y responder a cualquier consulta de los huéspedes. - Colaborar con el equipo de cocina y otros camareros para garantizar una experiencia gastronómica excepcional.
- Gestionar pagos y cierres de cuenta de manera correcta y eficiente.

- Experiencia previa como camarero en restaurantes o buffets, preferiblemente en un entorno de hotel de lujo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y manejar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente.

- Actitud positiva, proactividad y capacidad para anticipar las necesidades de los huéspedes.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos.
- Conocimientos básicos de inglés; otros idiomas serán valorados.
