Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead the Iberian market operations. Reporting directly to the Regional Director for Southern Europe, you will be a key figure in the global sales leadership structure. This is a 100% operational role where you will oversee a dedicated team of over 25 professionals, ensuring the continued success and growth of the brand in Spain and Portugal. You will be responsible for driving commercial excellence, managing strategic relationships, and implementing change management initiatives within a long-standing, successful team.

Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the local commercial strategy for the Spanish and Portuguese market to ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a commercial team of over 25 people, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to develop growth plans and cooperative agreements.
- Drive commercial transformation and excellence by implementing modern management tools and CRM strategies.
- Collaborate regularly with international corporate teams and global sales leadership.
- Oversee the commercial budget and ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the transition and change management processes within a team with a long-standing trajectory.
- Represent the company at key industry events and forums.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- 10+ years of commercial experience, including at least 5 years in a Sales Director role within tourism or hospitality.
- Proven track record leading and managing large or distributed sales teams.
- Professional fluency in English (C1/C2 level) for reporting and high-level negotiation.
- Willingness to travel regularly, both nationally and internationally.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and commercial planning tools.
