What you'll do
Ensure the correct application of legal regulations regarding the manufacture of pharmaceutical specialties, in accordance with established procedures regarding quality, GMP environment, safety, and the environment.
Manage aspects linked to product quality, including deviations, change controls, equipment and cleaning validations, process controls, statistical sampling (AQL), and any other actions derived from process incidents.
Under the supervision of the person responsible for the department and in coordination with the Quality area, ensure the continuity of processes safely, documenting actions when appropriate in the Quality management module.
Supervise and analyze the monitoring of area indicators to contribute to the achievement of established objectives.
Manage and communicate the information necessary to facilitate decision-making and the implementation of corrective actions that guarantee the optimal functioning of the department.
Act as a liaison point between the team and the department management, channeling needs, proposals, and concerns from both parties.
Diagnose and resolve incidents related to machinery, product, materials, or processes that may affect productivity or product quality.
Review batch documentation after production and before the final review by Quality Assurance.
Register the necessary batch data in the computer systems for continuous monitoring.
Train and support the work team, facilitating their training and development for the correct performance of the tasks and responsibilities associated with the position.
Monitor the daily activity of the team to ensure compliance with the quality and productivity standards established by the department.
Under the supervision of the person responsible for the department and within their scope of action, manage and resolve incidents related to team members.
