Compliance Technician (Pharmaceutical Sector)

• You are the person we are looking for if: -You have a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar qualification. -You have completed a Master's or Postgraduate degree in Compliance or equivalent training. -You have knowledge of Criminal Compliance and Compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. -You bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical sector. -You have a B2 English level or higher.

• In your day-to-day: -You will manage the Compliance risk map, identifying, evaluating, and monitoring the organization's risks. -You will coordinate and execute monitoring activities to verify compliance with internal policies and procedures. -You will design, organize, and deliver Compliance training actions aimed at employees. -You will maintain, review, and update SOPs, internal policies, and other documentation related to the Compliance system. -You will collaborate with the various areas of the company to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, especially in the pharmaceutical environment. -You will participate in the continuous improvement of the Compliance program, proposing preventive and corrective actions when necessary.
