IT Recruiter (RPO - Fintech)

• At least 3 years of experience in technological profile selection, ideally with exposure to AI or data profiles

• Experience in active sourcing and end to end process management

• Good communication skills: you will be one more member of our partner's team

• Passion for and towards people. Service vocation

• High level of English: your day-to-day will be in English and Spanish, as the teams are international

• Availability to meet in person in Barcelona every 15 days (the rest is remote)

• Availability to start: immediate is a plus

• Previous experience in selection consultancy / RPO

• Experience in selection for banking, fintech or similar sectors

• Having worked in fast and dynamic environments, with a high volume of processes

• Full-time employment with remote modality and periodic meetings in Barcelona

Our partner is an international company in the fintech sector with more than 500 employees and a strong commitment to technology and artificial intelligence.

Currently, we are looking for an IT & AI Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team full-time through an RPO, to accompany them in a growth stage of their technical teams.

Your mission will be to drive the selection processes for IT and Artificial Intelligence profiles for the client, mainly at a middle level.

You will work as one more member of the partner's team, in direct contact with their hiring managers, and with the support of Merlin throughout the entire project.

• You will join our partner's team as one more member, through an RPO model

• You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and define profiles

• You will manage selection processes for IT and AI profiles (data, machine learning, software engineering and similar), mainly middle

• You will perform national and international searches

• You will handle the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing and candidate identification to offer negotiation

• You will ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
