AI & Data Analytics Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager Data Analytics & AI to lead a technology line within the Security & Privacy Analytics strategy of the Security and Privacy Area.

You will work closely with the Head of Security Analytics, taking part in defining the technology vision, coordinating R&D&I projects, managing the team, and handling client relationships.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Participate and collaborate in the technology strategy of the Data Analytics & AI line, aligned with market trends and the results of our technology watch.
• Act as a technology reference, leading the drive for new technologies, algorithms, and techniques in the cybersecurity field that improve current systems, as well as technology watch.
• Identify needs and turn them into solutions through technology transfer
• Coordinate proposals and execution of national and European R&D&I projects in areas such as artificial intelligence applied to cybersecurity and the protection of artificial intelligence.
• Help with managing the line's technical team, fostering professional development and collaborative work.
• Coordinate project execution: planning, resources, and client relationships.
• Represent Gradiant at events, conferences, and forums within the cybersecurity and artificial intelligence ecosystem.

You will join a dynamic team developing technology solutions in the cybersecurity field, which will keep you up to date with the state of the art in the industry and the latest, most innovative market developments.

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of professional experience related to cybersecurity, data, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience in leading technical teams and/or complex projects.
• Knowledge of the Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence sector, especially from an R&D&I perspective.

• Experience in AI deployment and data management.
• Participation in European R&D projects in data, cybersecurity, and privacy.
• Knowledge of privacy and security in AI systems.
• Experience in technical coordination and multidisciplinary environments.
• Postgraduate degree or PhD in AI, cybersecurity, or related areas.

Buscamos un/a Technical Manager Data Analytics & AI para liderar una línea tecnológica dentro de la estrategia de Security & Privacy Analytics del Área de Seguridad y Privacidad.

Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con la Head of Security Analytics, participando en la definición de la visión tecnológica, la coordinación de proyectos de I+D+i, la gestión del equipo y la relación con clientes.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Participar y colaborar en la estrategia tecnológica de la línea de Data Analytics & AI, alineada con las tendencias de mercado y los resultados de nuestra vigilancia tecnológica.
• Actuar como referente tecnológico liderando el impulso de nuevas tecnologías, algoritmos y técnicas del mundo de la ciberseguridad que permitan mejorar los sistemas actuales, así como de la vigilancia tecnológica.
• Identificar necesidades y transformarlas en soluciones mediante transferencia tecnológica
• Coordinar propuestas y ejecución de proyectos I+D+i nacionales y europeos en ámbitos como Inteligencia artificial aplicado a la ciberseguridad y la protección de la Inteligencia artificial.
• Ayudar en la gestión del equipo técnico de la línea, fomentando el desarrollo profesional y el trabajo colaborativo.
• Coordinar la ejecución de proyectos: planificación, recursos y relación con clientes.
• Representar a Gradiant en eventos, jornadas y foros del ecosistema de ciberseguridad e inteligencia artificial.

Te integrarás en un equipo dinámico para el desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas en el ámbito de la ciberseguridad, esto te permitirá estar al día en el ámbito de la ciberseguridad, con el estado del arte de la industria y con lo último y más innovador del mercado.

• Formación en Ingeniería, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o titulaciones afines.
• Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional relacionada con ciberseguridad, datos, o infraestructura AI.
• Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos técnicos y/o proyectos complejos.
• Conocimiento del sector de Ciberseguridad e Inteligencia Artificial, especialmente desde el enfoque I+D+i.

• Experiencia en el despliegue de IA y gestión del dato.
• Participación en proyectos europeos de I+D en datos, ciberseguridad y privacidad.
• Conocimientos en privacidad y seguridad en sistemas de IA.
• Experiencia en coordinación técnica y entornos multidisciplinares.
• Formación de posgrado o doctorado en IA, ciberseguridad o áreas afines.
