• That you have more than 6 years of experience in technological projects, preferably in consulting environments, SAP projects, GRC technologies (Archer, Workiva, SAI360, ServiceNow), knowledge in process mining (Celonis / Signavio), Analytics (Foundry Palantir), knowledge of financial processes and accounting closes (Blackline), and regulatory compliance GDPR/ AI Act (OneTrust, IBM Watson, SAS VIYA, etc.).
• Skills for problem solving, proactivity, and proposing alternatives.
• Demonstrated capacity in team management, task coordination, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and teams in a clear and effective manner.

From our Technology & Transformation team, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to join our Financial Control & ESG team, working hand in hand with our clients to ensure that their critical processes are executed efficiently and securely, using the best technologies on the market. • Process monitoring (process mining): We help control operational processes.

• Access and role management: We guarantee the security and control of systems.
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC)
• You will be the direct link with the client, leading project management and responding to demand in real time.
• You will contribute to the design of technological solutions, as well as to the planning and sizing of projects oriented to the risk management of our clients.
• You will manage budgets, ensuring compliance with deadlines and costs.
• You will be responsible for the leadership and monitoring of work teams, fostering their professional development through training, mentoring, and the design of personalized career plans.
