Requirements

What we're looking for

Computer Engineering or similar.
More than 10 years of experience in Software Engineering.
At least 5 years leading medium or large-sized engineering organizations.
Demonstrated experience managing managers and internationally distributed teams.
Track record of leading technological transformations and platform modernization processes.
Deep knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices, and scalable platforms.
Advanced knowledge in data and analytics platforms.
Hands-on experience leading AI and Machine Learning initiatives in enterprise environments.
Strategic thinking and business orientation.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in the design and implementation of solutions based on Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or others).

We are looking for an Engineering Director with solid experience leading large-scale software engineering organizations and a deep understanding of the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence on products, processes, and business models.

What you'll do

Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, Architects, and development teams.
Define and execute the technological strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies, identifying opportunities to improve products, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Lead the implementation of platforms and solutions based on: Generative AI (LLMs), Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI Agents and Agentic Workflows, MLOps, and ModelOps.
Ensure the scalability, resilience, and security of technological platforms.
Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Operations, and business areas to define technological roadmaps.
Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the technological architecture and ensure the application of engineering best practices.
Manage technological budgets, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
Define and drive technical performance, quality, productivity, and delivery metrics.
