Junior Middleware Administrator

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in middleware administration.
• Demonstrable experience with application servers such as Tomcat, Apache, WebLogic, and IIS.
• Knowledge of the working environment in the banking sector.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and commitment to work quality.
• Availability for rotating shifts, on-call duties, and interventions outside of regular working hours when necessary.

• Certifications in middleware technologies.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Dynatrace).
• Experience with scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.

• Administration and configuration of middleware servers, including Tomcat, Apache, WebLogic, and IIS.
• Installation, updating, and patching of middleware software.
• Performance monitoring of application servers and early detection of incidents.
• Resolution of incidents and problems related to middleware.
• Management of middleware server security.
• Collaboration with development and operations teams for the implementation and deployment of applications.
• Participation in the planning and execution of projects for the improvement and optimization of the middleware environment.
• Documentation of configurations, procedures, and solutions.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts, perform on-call duties, and attend to urgent interventions.
