We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our Makro Málaga team. Are you ready to be part of the best sales force in Spain? Below, we tell you all the details about the role: 

Your mission: you will increase sales and the market penetration share of HORECA clients, and ensure maximum profitability for the company, working with the different sales channels.

Your main responsibilities: 

• You will promote Makro's value proposition, offering it to our customers.
• Identify and capture potential hospitality customers in various areas of operation.
• You will accompany other colleagues on their routes, learning about different types of customers.
• You will develop and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with your customers, providing personalized, high-quality service.
• Communicate and implement our commercial strategy, using available tools and resources.

At an organizational level:

• You will not have a team under your supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of commercial sales experience.
• Communication skills, customer service, problem-solving, and results orientation, as well as knowledge and proficiency in the use of office/digital tools will be valued.
• Valid and approved driver's license.

Please note that this is initially a temporary contract to cover paternal/maternal leave, but with the possibility of continuation once it ends, depending on the growth of the sales force team in the area.
