What you'll do

✨ What will your mission be?

Lead and supervise the internal and external team: reception, cleaning, maintenance, and security.
Guarantee the smooth running of all residence operations: from room allocation to emergency management.
Meet commercial objectives, managing information requests and conducting commercial visits.
Develop programs and activities that promote student participation and community wellbeing.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving the concerns and needs of residents efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations.
Administer the residence budget, optimizing expenses and managing billing and collections.
Collaborate with other areas of the institution to offer a comprehensive student experience.
Resolve conflicts and problems effectively, maintaining a harmonious environment.
