The role

We are looking for an In-House Lawyer with experience in commercial and corporate law, capable of providing comprehensive legal support to a business group with national and international presence based in Vigo.

What you'll do

Drafting, negotiation, and analysis of commercial contracts.
Preparation and review of commercial documents, writings, and extrajudicial claims.
Management of corporate secretarial duties and support in corporate and M&A operations.
Coordination with national and international external law firms in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.
Supervision of the trademark portfolio and support in the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights.
Support in the management and monitoring of the regulatory compliance system.
Management and monitoring of insurance policies and corporate claims.
