In-house lawyer

We are looking for an in-house lawyer for the Legal Support position with 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial advisory and/or in-house work. The ideal candidate should manage internal legal matters and provide direct support to the Head of the Legal Department.

• Supporting the legal advisory for internal areas by handling queries, drafting legal notes, and analyzing regulations, as well as restructuring and M&A transactions.

You must meet the following requirements:

* Degree or Bachelor's in Law, with a specialization in commercial law (real estate, construction industry)

* Between 4 and 5 years of experience, ideally in large law firms or multinational environments.

* Solid knowledge of commercial and contract law, with knowledge of corporate and procedural law.

* Advanced level of English.

Buscamos un/a Abogado/a para el puesto de Legal Support in house con experiencia de entre 4 y 5 años en asesoramiento mercantil y/o in house.El candidato/a ideal deberá gestionar aspectos legales internos y prestar apoyo directo al Responsable del Área Legal de la compañía.

• Apoyar en el asesoramiento legal a las áreas internas mediante la atención de consultas, elaboración de notas jurídicas y análisis de normativa, así como en operaciones de reestructuración y M&A.

• Actuar como punto de contacto para canalizar consultas hacia el área legal y colaborar con otras áreas en la recopilación de información, dando soporte al responsable Legal en distintos proyectos.

Deberás cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

* Grado o Licenciatura en Derecho, con especialización en derecho mercantil (real estate, construction industry)

* Entre 4 y 5 años de experiencia, idealmente en grandes despachos o entornos multinacionales.

* Sólidos conocimientos en derecho mercantil y contractual, con nociones de societario y procesal.

* Nivel alto de inglés.

* Alto rigor técnico y atención al detalle.

* Capacidad analítica y autonomía en el trabajo.

* Organización, método y orientación a resultados.

* Actitud proactiva y enfoque en aprendizaje continuo.
