The role

The Export Backoffice position with Very High English is oriented towards international client management and administrative tasks related to exporting. The professional must have a very high level of English to communicate effectively with international clients.

What you'll do

Manage international orders and perform their follow-up.
Prepare the necessary documentation for export.
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to guarantee the correct execution of processes.
Attend to and resolve inquiries from international clients.
Supervise delivery deadlines and ensure compliance with them.
Update and maintain records in the internal system.
Collaborate in the improvement of administrative processes related to exporting.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Very high level of English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in international customer service tasks of at least 3 years
Very high English.
Advanced proficiency in office software tools.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
