The role

We are looking for a Business Controller for an international technology company in full growth. You will play a key role supporting Management in strategic decision-making, financial analysis, and continuous improvement of business performance.

What you'll do

Reporting to Management, the selected candidate will take on the following responsibilities:

Act as a financial partner to the management team and actively contribute to meeting business objectives.
Analyze and monitor the financial performance of the different business units.
Prepare and update forecasts, identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
Propose and drive corrective actions aimed at optimizing results.
Participate in defining pricing and growth strategies.
Analyze costs, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Develop business cases and evaluate new investment initiatives, analyzing their financial impact.
Collaborate closely with General Management and key stakeholders in defining business and growth plans.
Provide clear and actionable financial information that improves organizational performance.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience in financial controlling or business controlling positions.
Analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and business interaction skills.
High level of English, both oral and written.
Professional level of Spanish.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with SAP and/or Power BI is valued.
Ability to work autonomously, with initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
Organized, rigorous profile accustomed to working under demanding deadlines.
